Admissions Overview
New Horizons Elementary School offers one type of educational project that is highly beneficial for many students. However, the New Horizons program is not universally appropriate for all students. It is critical that parents recognize and support the philosophy, program and policies of the school.
The Enrollment Committee must feel that the prospective student would be able to function successfully in the classroom settings at New Horizons. A prospective student’s ability to blend both socially and academically with learners in a group is carefully evaluated. While New Horizons can provide some individualized classes, it is not equipped to provide services that would be fundamentally outside the normal scope of our existing classroom method. |
