All tuition and fee payments are non-refundable. Annual tuition is payable in three options, a single payment due by August 1, two payments due August 1 and January 2, and twelve equal payments starting on August 1. Please note: the student’s tuition obligation is for the entire year or such portion as may remain after date of entrance regardless of whether the student completes the school year at NHES. This includes cases of prolonged absences, withdrawal or dismissal.
Tuition insurance is required for all families choosing to make semi-annual payments or to have monthly drafts. This insurance assists parents in paying the remaining amount of annual tuition due under the enrollment contract if a student should leave the school before completion of the academic year. No refund of fees or tuition can be made except as provided under this plan.
Receipt of the enrollment fee secures a place for a child in our program. The enrollment fee includes the application/registration fee ($80), textbooks/classroom supplies ($200), and deposit ($500). Additional fees are charged for school t-shirts, field trips and special projects. School pictures, book orders, after-school programs and the yearbook are examples of optional expenses.
